Each order undergoes a meticulous inspection by our detail-oriented warehouse team before it's dispatched to ensure that your items reach you in impeccable condition. However, if by any chance you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us at studio@sherseo.com with as much detail and attach a photo of the item. Don't forget to include your order number to expedite our support.
Please note Shér & Seo will accept returns under the condition that the returned items are in their original state, with intact packaging, tags, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase in the form of the original payment receipt must accompany all returns.
Please keep in mind we do not take responsibility for any post purchase damage. Items that are damaged due to wear and tear do not qualify for returns under our Returns Policy. However, we are committed to offering guidance and support when it comes to the care and maintenance of your bag.
You may return any full priced item within 14 days, for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please notify us within 7 days of your intention to return any full-priced item.
Just email us and we will forward on our Returns address.
We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of any item in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
It is important to be aware that Shér & Seo reserves the right to decline refund requests if the return does not adhere to our return policy.
